About the Support the WoW4 Campaign
The Support the WoW4 Campaign was established by four former employees of Writing on the Wall who were dismissed after raising concerns about workplace culture, management practices and staff wellbeing.
Our concerns were raised through formal internal procedures, including grievances and appeals. These concerns were supported by statements from numerous former employees who described similar experiences during their time at the organisation.
Throughout the process, we repeatedly called for concerns to be properly investigated and addressed.
Instead, our employment was terminated.
We continue to maintain that the issues we raised deserve independent examination and public scrutiny.
Our Objectives
We are calling for:
- A fair and independent investigation into the concerns raised
- Greater transparency around governance and decision-making
- Accountability for failures in process and oversight
- Better protections for whistleblowers and employees
- A healthier culture within the arts and charity sector
